Parent Training Packages
We now provide several Parent Training Packages to assist parents locally and nationally. Whether your child just got diagnosed or you have recently run into some struggles, we have a package that is right for you! We provide strategies and techniques to assist with organization, structuring your child’s day, creating sensory rich activities, self-help skills, and social skills opportunities. Our custom-designed packages are highly structured and organized and provide parents with guidelines of what to do next. We also provide telephone and online support to help you get through struggles and challenges. We are here to help you!
In-home Education Services
Our in-home educational services are provided in Asheville, North Carolina and Miami, Florida. Our Teacher Consultants are highly trained in the field of Autism, with a Bachelor’s and/or Masters degree in Special Education, Reading, Speech Pathology, or Psychology. Our teachers work one-on-one with children in their homes, focusing on academics, behavior, social skills, sensory issues, and communication.
We are dedicated to providing a service that enhances the quality of life of children and families affected by Autism. To achieve that goal, we prioritize the principles of generalization and independence, along with our focus on individualization and collaboration. We work with our clients in their natural environments of home, school and the community, and we promote skills and develop systems and supports to foster independence across settings. Autism Consulting and Training, Inc. also provides workshops to educate the community on the diverse needs of those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders.
